Adult Education Centre Kouvola offers a wide range of learning opportunities
for individuals and work teams to enhance their skills. Our training programs
focus on studying the skills and expertise that are essential in the modern
working life. Studying through practical experiences is an essential element in
our training programs.
The objective of the education can be either a vocational qualification (basic,
advanced or specialised) that takes 3-9 months or a further training course
lasting 1-5 days. Individual study plans are made according to student’s goals,
prior studies and work history.

Our business idea is to develop, market and put into
practice high quality adult education and services
needed by students and economic life as well as to
support lifelong learning.
Approximately 3 500 students are involved in various
training activities annually. The Centre is maintained
by a foundation and employs about 100 persons.

the welfare of our personnel guide us to support the
